In 2007 Kamcheyenne used 3 home grown AI bulls over the herd in an effort to raise the profile of the stud within the industry. 1 of the 3 bulls will be placed for sale at the Colac bull sale in March 2008. An Artificial Insemination Program will continue be used across the herd with particular attention being paid to Docility and Growth. Kamcheyenne Stud also plans to be involved in Hoof and Hook competitions through the Steers in Schools program and Royal Show. Within 5 years Kamcheyenne Stud also plans to show stud cattle initially within South Australia
